🌿 1. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. My creations are formulated with simple, natural and gentle ingredients.
Each soap and macerate is designed to be gentle on sensitive skin.

🌼 2. How are your products manufactured?

All handcrafted products are created by hand, in small quantities, in Belgium.
My macerates infuse for several weeks to capture the botanical richness of the plants.

📦 3. What are the delivery times?

Belgium: 2 to 4 business days
France: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: depending on the country

💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

Shop Pay, bank card, Bancontact.

🔄 5. Do you accept returns?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted on soaps, macerates, candles and herbal teas.
All products are handmade in small quantities and intended for personal use.

If your item is damaged or there's an error in your order, contact me within 48 hours with a photo, and a solution will be offered 🌿

  • Une personnalisation sur-mesure : Formats nomades (comme nos roll-ons 10 ml), pochons en coton, cartes personnalisées aux couleurs de votre projet... Je m'adapte à vos envies, à votre flaconnage et à votre budget.
